The company is an e-commerce service provider that operates Malaysia's first, largest and most established e-transaction exchange which serves over 3,000 customers, mainly from the Government, trade and logistics sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for assisting GM Finance in managing the entire spectrum of financial function including financial planning, budgetary planning, accounting operations, cash flow treasury function, financial reporting and control function of the Company business operations.
2. Responsible for overseeing daily operations of Finance Department
3. Provide financial and management information on timely manner to Management for decision making
4. Responsible for monitoring the financial positioning of the Company and ensuring adequate financing to support Company operation, capital investment and expansion.
5. Responsible for developing and monitoring internal control policies, procedures and guideline for financial operations of the Company.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Accountancy & Finance or equivalent - qualified ACCA/CIMA or MIA
2. Financial analytical experience/industry knowledge, business analytical skills, strategic and risk management, decision-making skills, coaching, counseling and listening skills.
3. Dynamic, mature, independent, strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem solving abilities, patient and detail in work, able to work under pressure and highly committed.
4. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience with at least 3 years in managerial role in public listed Company.
6. Report To General Manager
7. Malaysian or hold residence status
