The company is an e-commerce service provider that operates Malaysia's first, largest and most established e-transaction exchange which serves over 3,000 customers, mainly from the Government, trade and logistics sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and with minimum delay
2. Handle telephone calls courteously and efficiently, demonstrating a professional customer care attitude to every caller. Messages left are to be conveyed promptly and reported in a clear format for the receiver to be as fully informed as possible.
3. Handle visitors courteously, making sure that they are immediately attended to.
4. Handle acceptance and delivery of mail/document via courier service (or similar express mail services).
5. Ensure that the Company’s security policies and procedures are observed with regards to office entrances, equipment, visitors and staff.
6. Ensure that the main reception area is neat, clean and presentable at all times.
7. Ensure that the telephone and extension directory is maintained and updated regularly.
Requirements:
1. Minimum SPM Certificate - must have credits in English and Mathematic.
2. Good telephone etiquette, proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with PABX system.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, possess sense of responsibility, pleasant voice and well-groomed, positive attitude, customer oriented, team player, able to work independently, able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment.
4. Having knowledge of customs import/export procedures and trade facilitation is an added advantage.
5. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience preferably in trade and logistics, finance, banking, insurance or supply chain industry.
