Position with multinational company. Work location in Mid Valley.
Responsibilities:
Responsible the administration of C&B Program
Perform as integral role in projects that have impact on the services to employees including but not limited to new program rollout, etc.
Compile HR / Management Reports
Review and assist in performance management system
Assist in developing policies & procedures and practices in compliance to legal and market practices
Ensure adequate controls are in place for compliance purposes
Support C&B planning and execution and continuous improvement
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Good knowledge of local statutory and tax requirement
High confidentiality and ability to manage confidential employees data
Able to communicate effectively with all level of personnel
Able to evaluate multiple highly detailed tasks, determine priorities and organize work for maximum delivery result
Able to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment
