Responsibilities:
1. Report to designated Project Manager/ Team Leader on the project assigned.
2. Analyze and document business requirements and processes.
3. Source, gather, analyze and interpret relevant data and statistics.
4. Provide consultation and advice to client on the To-Be developed system and processes and identify business process re-engineering.
5. Be the point of reference between the client and company on the specific project handled.
6. Provide the quality check on the new system that has been developed.
7. Formulate the test plan, test matrix and test scripts prior to User Acceptance Testing.
8. Develop and execute test plans based on business requirements.
9. Provide training to end-users and system administrators on the features and functions of the newly developed system.
10. Provide system’s support to end users after the system has gone live.
11. Prepare all the necessary documentation as required such as Business Process Design and Technical Specifications, Detailed Design Document, User’s Manual, System’s Documentation, and etc.
Requirements
1. Diploma/Degree in Science (Statistics), Information Technology (Business Application), Economics (Quantitative Analysis) or related qualifications.
2. Able to perform qualitative and quantitative analysis.
3. Able to speak effectively and present work processes to a group of audience.
4. Good organizing skills and ensure that documents / research reports are well organized and easily retrievable, available on demand.
5. Good interpersonal skills.
6. Fluent in Mandarin and English, both oral and written.
7. Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience; however fresh graduates will also be considered
8. Has strong analytical skills, with the ability to source and synthesize information to produce various reports for the Management and the clients;
