Responsibilities:
• Knowledge scope: Microsoft Desktop, Active Directory (AD), TCP/IP, Exchange, Firewall, MS SQL.
• Responsible for requirement study, designing, deploying, implementing, support and managing any ICT related projects, adhering to project management processes and procedures.
• Reporting to the IT Manager.
• Identify and recognize problems, issues, change and risk, coordinate with the technical team on solutions and communicate proposed solution to the stakeholders promptly
• Customer focus providing consultancy to business clients regarding availability, functionality of services and presales assistance.
• Enforce and review process to ensure documentation is current and to provide management escalation for the staff.
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT
• A wide understanding and technical knowledge in PC & Server Hardware Peripherals, LAN/WAN, Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Networking, TCPIP, Ms Exchange, SQL Server, Firewall, Linux and Sun OS.
• Proficient in design, deployment, troubleshooting and managing all aspects of network equipments, switches, hubs, firewall, routers, VLAN and remote accesses
• Excellent Active Directory (AD), Desktop support and Networking (TCP/IP) skills.
• Good leadership skills in handling a team of technical engineer and also good customer relationship with the client.
• Very good hand-on experience in Project Implementation and Management
• Possess good communication, written and analytical skills
• Ability to provide leadership in crisis management in a calm & professional manner.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, diplomatic with a steady character.
• Professional certification in MCSE, CCNA and CCNP will be beneficial.
