FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
Job Descriptions
• Overall management, operations and control of the accounting processes and functions of the hotel.
• Prepare and analyze financial and management reports.
• Comply with tax, accounting and other corporate/statutory regulations.
• Cash and working capital management.
• Assist to formulate and implement hotel policies and procedures.
• Regular review and update of internal controls.
• Supervise, guide and train the accounting team.
• Liaise with tax agents, auditors, bankers and regulatory authorities.
Job Requirements:
• Hospitality/ Hotel Background
• At least a Degree Accounting and/or professional qualification with professional membership.
• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with audit experience.
• Candidates with operational experience will be an added advantage.
• Sound knowledge of the FRSs.
• Knowledge in ISO 9001, HACCP and hotel operations will be an added advantage.
• HOTEL background would be advantageous.
