Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the operational efficiency, productivity and profitability.
- Assist retail supervisor to manage shop daily duties.
- Cooperate with retail supervisor to lead, train, and motivate retail staffs.
- Generate sales and achieve assigned sales target given by management.
Requirements:
- Experience in electrical retail sales management or similar Industry.
- Min STPM / Diploma is preferred or relevant qualification
- Good communication skill in English and Chinese
- Intelligent, initiative, aggressive and with good personality
- Self motivated and committed
- Strong organizational ability, good leadership and work under pressure
- Able to work long hours, weekends & public holidays
