Ensures the efficient operation of all food production areas: constantly analysing cost and quality of food production, knowing to manage within set budgets and adhere to time management guide lines. Checks all food outlets, buffets, action stations and food displays for creativity, quality, cleanliness and safe food handling. Responsible for implementing and maintaining all standards set by Corporate office, establishes the manner and means to train personnel in his/her area of responsibility according to standard operating procedures. Must possess strong leadership skills. Accomplish tasks related to inventory, equipment control and maintenance, must have comprehensive knowledge of United States Public Health rules and regulations, and participate intraining and re-enforcement.
The incumbent must be BHM with atleast 5 years of exp in the same line in a Five Star/Three Star hotel or a high profile Restaurant, Age not more than 28 -30 years ; must have good health to work in adverse conditions Proficiency in English is Mandatory. Knowledge of any foreign language would be an added advantage.Location: On Board - European
