1. Project financing & Accounting
2. Day to Day Accounting & Financial Management
3. Working Capital Financing Management
4. Taxation, regulatory compliances and direct & indirect Taxation.
5. Liaison with Banks / Institutions / Auditors / Statutory Agencies.
6. Corporate governance
7. Budgetary and Cost control
8. Inventory, Receivables and Asset management
9. Fianalization of Accounts
10. Leading Audit and Investment committees
11. Insurance of Assets / Operations /Personal
12. All commercial functions including finalization of all contracts including project contracts
13. IPOs, legal compliances of the company
CA with 20-25 years experience. Additional qualification of ACS is preferred. Construction Industry experience is mandatory.
