The clients are Restaurants/Hotels in Alberta Canada.
They require Thai Chefs /Cooks
The incumbent must be a Hotel Management Graduate with atleast 2 - 3 years of
Exp in THAI Cuisines and must be able to coordinate with the senior Chef.
Must be able to adapt to the place and must be willing to undertake responsibility of running the restaurant singly also during the Senior Chefs Absence.
Will be in charge of inventories, purchases, production etc.,
They must be fully conversant with each section of the kitchen and have complete knowledge of the duties involved. The kitchen team reporting to you must be managed and support given to those under pressure or on weaker sections.
The general cleanliness of the kitchen
Stock rotation needs to ensured
Ensuring every stored food item has been correctly labelled, dated and cling filmed.
General filling of invoices, credit notes etc to be maintained, informing me of any appropriate price changes etc. and using this exercise to improve understanding on food costs
English fluency mandatory, knowledge of any foreign language added advantange
Age not more than 35 years

It is unlawful to live and work in Canada without a Valid work permit.
Pl note that this position is on work permit and it is the candidate who will have to bear his work permit expenses and only such candidates who are in a position to spend need respond.
