Job Description:
* * To troubleshoot PC, networking and software problems
* * Support both external and internal customers' application systems
* * Provide technical support to end user on desktops and other peripherals
* * Provide technical support to end user, which includes dealing with operational problems such as hardware faults, printing and software incompatibilities
* * Install, configure and deploy new desktop systems, including PCs, Notebooks and associated peripherals
* * Administer the IT Helpdesk and produce reports on a regular basis
* * Provide technical support to standard softwares, e.g. Lotus Notes email, MS Office, MS Windows Family, and other related softwares
* * Investigate and resolve internal end-user LAN/ connectivity problems
Job Requirements:
* * Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
* * Preferably 1 to 2 years working experience in related field
* * Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* * Preferably with experience in TCP/IP, UTP cabling and Hub/Switch connectivity
* * Good knowledge of PCs, LAN and Microsoft Office applications
* * Good in written and verbal communication skills in English
* * Experience in PC and peripheral troubleshooting
* * Able to work on 12 hours rotating shift
* * Willing to travel
* * Willing to work in Penang Island, Prai, Bukit Minyak or Kulim
* * 20 Full-Time positions available.
