Job Description:
* - Admin support, data entry, data analysis, follow up issues and generate reports
* - Providing essential support for business processes
* - Handle customer enquiries and complaints
* - Ensuring the free flow of information and materials
* - Creating presentation materials
* - Assist in office correspondence
* - Maintaining department records
Job Requirements:
* - Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Communications, Secretarial or equivalent
* - Preferable with 1 to 2 years working experience in related field
* - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
* - Good written and verbal communication skills in English
* - Good interpersonal skills
* - Familiar with Microsoft Office Excel program
* - Independent, resourceful, accountable and willing to learn
* - Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia
* - Preferred language(s): Chinese
* - Working location(s) : Bayan Lepas, Georgetown, Petaling Jaya or Kuala Lumpur
