Perafel is currently seeking a number of SAP HR Consultants to join roll out projects in either a permanent or contractual employment.
You will be joining a leader in the industry and be presented with a number of career growth opportunities at the same time receive a fantastic monthly salary.
If you have a minimum of:
- Minimum of 3 years SAP HR Experience
- Involved with Roll Out Implementation projects
- Experience with HR, PY, OM, TM, PA Modules
- Configuration experience a must
- Previous Client Presentation experience
- Able to communicate to all levels of the business

The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with staff and management at all levels, have a strong analytical skills, demonstratable experience in complex problem solving, be able to work under pressure and can manage conflicting priorities and deadlines. A strong team player, you will be self motivated, committed and results oriented.
The position is for an experienced SAP Human Resource Analyst with functional knowledge of the following modules:
-Personnel Administration(PA)
-Payroll(PY)
-Time Management(PT)
-Organisational Management(OM)
-Employee Self Service(ESS)
-Managers Self Service(MSS)
-Integration points with other modules including finance.
Relevant business experience and at lease 5 years SAP R/3 support experience is essentail and SAP ERP 6.0 experience will be beneficial.
