This role would suit an individual who wishes to work in Kuala Lumpur on an exciting global R/3 Rollout built on BW and SEM-BPS Architecture.
We are looking for someone who has Qualifications below:
Education:
University graduate, majoring in the area of Information Systems / Computer Science related field or equivalent experience.
Working Experience:
3 to 5 years experience in System Development, Maintenance and / or Support functions. 1 - 3 years experience as a Team Leader or senior role in a Support organisation, or another customer focused department.
Technical & Professional Knowledge:
Language skills: English is compulsory. In addition, skills in one or more of the following languages are essential: Bahasa, Mandarin.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of various modules within the Logistic application.
Strong business acumen. Understanding of how IT applications are able to support business processes and solve business issues.
Thorough understanding of the regional IT landscape, in order to be able to design services and support processes that are relevant.
Experience in support technologies e.g. call logging software, knowledge base, etc. is desirable.
Effectively able to apply structured problem solving skills and available tools to quickly evaluate problems, identify root cause, action plans, impacts and resolution options.
Ability to efficiently multi-task and be self-motivated while working with others.
Ability to influence upward and across by negotiating realistic expectations and deadlines in order to achieve goals while maximizing client/business satisfaction levels.
Human relations/leadership and communications skills are important to develop and establish cooperation and rapport with users at working levels and of different nationalities; work as a team member within the Corporate IT group.
Ability to convey information to both a technical and non-technical audience
