Our client, a large and dynamic consultancy firm, requires your skills and experience to be an effective Team Leader. Your responsibilities include:
Supervising and managing the Accounts Payable team, ensuring the completion of KPI's.
Resolving Accounts Payable issues that arise.
Ensuring compliance to all policies and procedures, legal and statutory requirements.
You must possess the following:
A university degree in accounting or business administration
You must be eligible for admission to a professional accounting body.
Must hold more than 5 years working experience in Finance and Accounting, which includes 2 years of supervising an accounting team.
Any external experience in a shared service or business process outsourcing engagement would be preferable.
You will also have:
An extensive and deep understanding of Accounts Payable, and the application and experience to illustrate it.
Some knowledge of other accounting functions.
Training and heavy exposure is SAP accounting transactions.
Moderate experience in the use of MS Office tools and an understanding of how these tools are applied on a day-to-day basis.
You must be fluent in English and also in on of the following languages:
Bahasa Malaysia
Bahasa Indonesia
Mandarin (preferably with typing skills)
