Reporting to the Manager
Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local employment legislation/regulations to counsel and monitor compliance.
Promote and strengthen employee relations by actively listening and appropriately responding to employee concerns in a timely manner and by initiating pro active and effective processes
Diploma or certificate in Human Resources Management, business administration or related field.
1-2 years experience. Fresh graduate also encourage to apply

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Preferably language (s) Mandarin
