JOB TITLE: Oracle Functional Consultant
JOB PURPOSE: To develop, implement, maintain, support and enhance all Oracle Applications Modules within the co to ensure alignment with Business Goals and Objectives.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Maintenance and support of Oracle Application Modules (Warehouse Management System & Supply Chain modules).
2. Development and implementation of all new or enhanced functionality within Oracle Applications modules to ensure quality, capacity and performance.
3. Document and maintain all system specifications, alterations or design changes to ensure adherence to standards.
4. Perform system acceptance tests for all developed systems to ensure error free operation and alignment with business requirements.
5. Document procedures and instructions for newly developed applications.
6. Responsibility for training of IT support staff, developers and key users.
JOB CONTEXT:
1. User interaction at all levels to gain understanding of requirements, gain feedback, and prepare test scenarios.
2. Assist and guide Developers in completing their tasks.
3. Pressurised working environment with regard to the meeting of expected delivery dates
COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
1. Weekly project meetings to ensure project progress.
2. Regular interaction with users to understand requirements.
Regular interaction with IT team members to share knowledge and information.
Salary: BDH1200 to BDH1500
