To ensure company common goal and targets are met.
To manage QA incoming quality activities to assure that materials used meet quality requirements.
To manage final QA outgoing activities to ensure that products shipped to customers meet customers’ requirements.
To establish, review and approve quality control methods and procedures to ensure that products processed adhere to customers’ requirements.
To be responsible for the management and monitoring of customers complaints. Coordinate with responsible departments for its resolution and response to customer.
To liaise with customers and suppliers on quality issues.
To initiate quality improvements programs and coordinate with different departments of external parties such as suppliers on quality issues.
To establish, maintain and ensure consistent implementation of quality, environment and safety management systems such as ISO/TS 16949, ISO 14001, safety regulations, etc.
To represent management as QMR/EMR in the implementation of the systems.
To promote quality, environmental and safety awareness.
To manage activities of Document Control Center.
To ensure the measuring and test equipment are calibrated and in good condition as required.
To control further processing of non-conforming products and/or stop processes until product or process deficiency has been corrected.
To execute other duties as defined by superior.
Job Requirements:
1.1. Degree in Engineering preferably Chemical or mechanical.
1.2. Minimum 10 years working experience in Manufacturing environment, preferably in Quality.
1.3. Knowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14001 and ISO/TS 16949.
1.4. Abe to work independently and a team player.
