Responsibilities:
To champion improvement projects in Quality, Cost, Capability and Cycle Time and instruct and guide managers/engineers on how to do improvements.
Manage customer complaints by 8D corrective actions/verifications and prevention of re-occurrence for closure.
Manage & execute yield improvements by Outgoing & In-Process LRR actions.
Manage & execute cost savings by alternate materials/suppliers qualification and production/process optimization.
Manage & execute capability improvements by FAI technical reviews & processing.
Manage & execute cycle time improvements by actions on reducing setups & down times.

Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering with at least 5 years relevant working experience.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in process engineering for lead-frame manufacturing industry - especially stamping, plating and backend finishing.
Proven ability to achieve goals and objectives.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
