Responsibilities:
• Maintain/meet production schedules and supervise the all printing machine lines.
• Supervise, control, motivate and assess subordinates in all aspects affecting their work performance and encourage teamwork.
• To ensure all operators are properly trained and follow strict work instruction and SOP.
• Effective manning deployment and optimize machine utilization.
• To meet monthly expected departmental key performance indicators.

Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma/degree or equivalent in the field of printing or engineering.
• At least 5 years experience in Offset printing and packaging.
• Able to communicate well in English, both written and spoken.
• Possess good leadership skills.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Computer literate.
