This job is related to companies from overseas thus excellent English in spoken and written is necessary. We are looking for someone who has a good interpersonal skills and pleasant characteristic. Preferably who possess a Diploma in Secretaryship / Private Secretarial Certificate (PSC) or equivalent, a wide knowledge and skills on manning with MSOffice software and with two (2) years and above of working experience. The position will require you to work with top management and human resource team. A person who has the exposure of being in Information Management/Information Technology field will be an advantage. The following are the primary focus of your position:
- Attend to visitors such as refreshment preparation.
- Attend to and screens phone calls & answer telephone inquiries.
- Schedule appointments & give information to related clients.
- Take dictation such as meeting minutes.
- Officials of clerical work such as sort, distribute & listing of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Write business letters/reports & administrative duties such as filing, labeling, faxing & photocopying
- Gather and file news clipping regarding company achievement and other news relevant to the company.
Time to time, training will be provided to you to focus to such as the following as well:
- Upload contents into computer for storage, processing and transmission
- Update spreadsheet
