RESPONSIBILITIES
•To work in a safe manner at all times, to comply with all current safety legislation and Aker Solution’s own safety policy.
•To work to relevant ISO, API standards.
•To work to project specific quality plans.
•To complete all activities identified within the department work packs.
•Strip down, repair and test faulty equipment and units returned from the field.
•Ensure all calibrated equipment used within the build, test process is within calibration dates and suitable for the job.
•Maintain workshop plant and equipment including test equipment, lifting equipment and machinery tools.
•Ensure workshop is maintained in a safe and tidy manner.
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES
•Flexible attitude to type and patterns of work and a willingness to learn new skills.
•Basic knowledge of the English language both written and spoken.
•Familiarity with engineering drawings/circuit diagrams, general arrangement drawings, hydraulic flow diagrams as appropriate.
•Basic school leaving certificate.
Should be a team player.
•Flexible attitude towards work and an eagerness to learn new skills.
•Competent on normal PC applications.
•Willingness to undergo training.
•Female preferred
