Responsibilities:
To provide phone and email support to overseas customer like Australia and New Zealand.
To provide solutions according to SLA standards.
Requirements:
1) Technical Support Specialist
- Fresh Degree graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Preferably with 1 year experience in supporting Server, storage, other any other IT hardware.
- To provide excellent support on servers, SCSI, raid running under Linux platform.
(Not on-site job)
- 10 Full-Time positions available.
- May need to start work at 4 or 5am.
- Willing to go on shift.
- Excellent command of English is a MUST; the level to support Australia and New Zealand citizens.
2) Customer Service
- Fresh Degree graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably with 1 year experience in Customer Service
- 7 Permanent positions + 2 Contract post (3 months) available.
- May need to start work at 4 or 5am.
- Willing to go on shift.
- Excellent command of English is a MUST; the level to support Australia and New Zealand citizens.
3) Indoor Sales
- Fresh Diploma/Degree graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably with 1 year experience in IT sales.
- 5 Permanent positions availble.
- May need to start work at 4 or 5am.
- Willing to go on shift/non-shift.
- Excellent command of English is a MUST; the level to support Australia and New Zealand citizens.
