Responsibilities:
- Responsible for planning of new strategic alliance partnerships and negotiation of renewals or revisions to existing partnerships.
- Review proposals from potential partners including detailed evaluation and due diligence.
- Presentation of business opportunity and negotiation of contract terms with potential partners.
- Collaboration with new partners on initial development of execution plans.
Requirement:
- Degree/Master degree in business or equivalent
- Min 8 years in strategic alliance planning, business development, or commercial relationship management
