Job Description:
1. Attend to call and forwarding to appropriate personnel
2. Attend, greet and provide assistance to guests / visitors / suppliers. Informs respective personnel / department on the arrival of guests / visitors / suppliers
3. To sort all incoming & outgoing mails / facsimiles / parcels and distributing to personnel / department
Liaison with courier service companies, ensuring all incoming & outgoing courier documents / parcels are handle in proper
4. Ensure meeting room and other arrangements are in order
Job Requirements:
1. Possess good communication skill in English & Bahasa Melayu
2. Computer literate and able to operate in MS Office
3. Pleasant personality |
