Liaising with customers to organize product development and cost effective.

To guide Engineers in CAD/CAM work.

Development of equipment & processes to aid in the manufacturing process.

Study new & existing machinery and facilities and recommend or select efficient combinations (Lean Machining).

Develop flexible and integrated manufacturing systems and procedures.

Analysis of costs of production.

Provide analysis of Machine capabilities and develop preferred routings.

Participate in special projects, as required; coordination between other functional areas.

Responsible for the implementation and tracking/corrective actions for the Production Process.

To carry out risk assessments in all areas of Production Department.

Manage the CNC Programmer/Methods Engineer regarding availability of programmes & tooling etc. to meet production requirements.
