Responsibilities:
- Deliver Java and POC software modules
- Actively participate in technical discussions
- Become experts in emerging Java Technologies
- Establish (i.e hire) and manage team of 8-10 Java developers.
Requirements:
- Energetic, resulted-oriented, ambitious, enthusiastic researchers with
appropriate Bachelor's or Graduate Degree
- Strong programming, troubleshooting, analytical & problem solving skills
- Understand & good at implementing design patterns in Java
- Familiar with three or more Open Source tools / Frameworks:
Ajax, Spring, JSF, Ant, Subversion, Maven, CruiseControl, Hibernate/JPA,
Junit, FIT / Fitnesse, JMS, Ajax, SOAP, Axis
- Understand emerging Java Technologies, such as Ruby on Rail, Groovy on Grail.
- Familiar with ORACLE, MSSQL or DB2
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving and challenging environment
- Prefer Sun certified Java Architect
- 8+ years experience
