• Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Information System;
• At least 3 years experience in similar position;
• Working knowledge of RDBMS, online transaction application, client/server application;
• Experience with software development methodology such as SSADM, Rapid Application Development etc.;
• Experience in managing a team of Programmers for software project development;
• Experience in following areas: Web development, .NET, Java, Online transaction, VisualBasic;
• Experience in GIS will be an advantage;
• ICT literacy is essential;
• Matured, self-motivated, ambitious, driven, good communication, analytical skill and able to interact with all levels of people;
• Must be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
