Thai Nationality
University Degree or Professional Engineering
15 years experience in construction, commissioning
Managed Power Plant Construction projects of at least US$100M.
Excellent communication skills in English
Knowledge of standard technical project specification required by the client.
Familiar with tenders, cost estimation, contracts, material requirement, construction, commissioning, and evaluation of EPIC contracts
Ability to understand Project Planning/Report Methods
Ability to manage commercial issues
Ability to manage project's budget
