Conveyancing Clerk
 

Job Description:

• To be able to work independently in handling conveyancing matters
• Able to attend to legal documentations relating to housing projects and bank loans.
• Prepare and attend to the Memorandum of Transfer, Charge, Deed of Assignment, etc and all general correspondences.
• Banking Loan - upon received Letter of Offer, prepare Loan Documents, submit to bank and follow-up till disbursement
• Preparing monthly status reports.
• Able to perform duties with minimal supervision

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM
• Min 1-3 years' experience in conveyancing matters.
• Committed, aggressive, hardworking and able to work independently
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and speaking
• Computer Literate
