Responsibilities:
1. To handle daily accounts processes to meet financial closing datelines.
2. Responsible in preparing monthly cashbook, to reconcile cashbook with bank statement to meet current balance becomes tally
3. Be involve in administrative department. Reviewing and answering correspondence. Prepare inventory controls and make recommendations to management, able to search and ask for quotation, making requisition for stationeries, office equipments and maintain management information systems (manual or computerized)
4. Undertake other duties such as banking, credit control or payroll functions
5. Assist in office administration and day-to-day operations
Requirements:
1. Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or Partial Professional qualification or related discipline.
2. Junior Executive with 1-2 years experiance in related field.
3. Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
4. Must be computer literate with knowledge in Microsoft Office.
5. Able to multi task.
6. Able to write and speak in major languages.
7. Preferably possess own transport. |
