Minimum 2 years software development experience in enterprise application using PHP-MySQL is a must. Zend/MySql certification preferred. The selected candidates should be able to independently handle different offshore software projects. Required Skills and Abilities: Rapid development of complex PHP modules using object orientation, database abstraction classes, PHP unit tests, socket and file streams, session based transactional client handling, and complete template abstraction. Knowledge in RDBMS design, optimization, and development. Must be expert in PHP/MySQL interaction. Applicant must also be experienced with Use Case Modeling (UML), and design procedures. Strong people skills and the ability to turn conversations and emails into ideas and ultimately into results. Security minded, strong attention to detail including the user interface. Should be comfortable working under strict time-constraints. Applicant must display a proven track record of delivering projects on-time to specification. Strong flowcharting and documentation skills required, comfortable in a Linux environment. Salary based on qualification and experience, will be the best in the industry.
