As hands-on Designer you will be responsible for the development and execution of creative concepts for Web solutions. Your core responsibilities will include:

* Assisting the Art Directors to develop and frame creative concepts.
* Applying brand identity systems, typography, photography, colour and other ingredients to create innovative visual solutions that meet business and user needs.
* Visualise, design and conceptualise a user experience.
* Creating visual prototypes or screens.
* Extending existing visual systems/brand guidelines across all mediums

Ultimately you should be versed in all things design, including the web and interactivity and you will love nothing more than working with creative people in producing out-of-the-box concepts. Your CV should demonstrate an education to degree level (or equivalent) and show a solid working knowledge of applicable software programs including Adobe CS. It also goes without saying that you will have a strong design portfolio.
