Brief description of Experiences in onshore fabrication and Oil &Gas platform: • Mainly in Piping and structure fabrication, erection, Testing and commissioning. • Prepare the work readiness and establish work instruction/technical proposal for the remedial of quality problems. • General supervision and coordinates with contractor during fabrication and welding stage including installation of all piping , pipe spool, mechanical and interference activity. • Review, check procedures and shop drawings to ensure fabrication is in accordance with approved construction drawing/design requirements and standard practices. • Preparation of procedures, testing, pre-commissioning and reports. • Update a daily progress report on all piping activity and coordinate with QA/QC team for the timely completion of task. • NDT preparation and coordination and with QC team before execution time. • Prepare and close out punch list prior to handover. Monitor the ship loose item.
