As a Yoga Instructor, I have successfully completed Five years and Six month contract period in (Govt. of India, Ministry of Health & welfare, Deptt. Of ISM & H) at CCRYN (Central Council for Research in Yoga & Naturopathy) 61-65, Institutional Area Opt, D-Block, Janak Puri, New Delhi – ######. India In this council I have instructed 160 peoples in each one hour Yoga class, there were approximately 500 people in four Yoga classes. Patient suffering from various diseases such as obesity , backache, cervical sodalities, joints pain, constipation, sciatica, sinus, digestion disorder abnormal breathing, weak immunity, body ache, high & low B.P., thyroid(TSH), anemia, Insomnia, stress, depression, desire less-ness, anxiety, frustration and other psychosomatic diseases are being treated through Yoga , Diet and Counseling. In these examples, as well as throughout my career, I have met and exceeded expectations in Yoga Meditation and service objectives through an uncompromising focus on Public needs and relationship building.
