I have over 8 years of experience in the field of Quality Management, Control and Documentation with an excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes in the field of precision machining and ISO 9001. I have developed a thorough understanding of Quality Assurance Management System, statistical process control and QC tools through training in order to ensure that the customer receive the highest quality product that meets and exceed their quality requirement. I have progressed from a Quality Engineer to a Quality Manager within the span of three (3) years which is a testimony of my work quality and capability to achieve and exceed the KPI and Quality goals set by the Management of the companies that I have worked for. I am currently employed as a Quality Manager in UPECA Valve Automation a full subsidiary of UPECA Engineering Berhad (www.upeca.com) and my working experience involved setting up Quality System standards, validation, audit, training personnel in Quality tools and system, quality inspection, evaluation of processes/ products using statistical analysis, handling professional/customers services and ensure customer satisfy with our product deliver to them. I obtained my Degree from University Kebangsaan Malaysia majoring in Science and Technology. I am a result oriented person and believes strongly in Management by Objectives to ensure that proper measurement and guideline are set to ensure that all define objectives are met within the stipulated time line. I believe in empowering people and setting clear performance goals up front with constant pro-active feedback on performance against the goals on a periodical basis to ensure that all strength and weaknesses are identified and fixed to ensure that all objectives and goals are achieved within the stipulated timeline. I have good interpersonal and communication skill which is essential to manage my staff, suppliers and our customers. I am able to pro-actively plan, organize, and make good quality decision to resolve any issues.
