I need to find a suitable post such as IT Engineer , ICT Executive , Networking, Server or Software graphic and web programming. For your knowledge, I’m further my study at University Technology Mara, Shah Alam for 3 years majoring in Bachelor Information System Engineering (incomplete last semester). Before that I got my Diploma from Ungku Omar Polytechnic, Ipoh (3 years) was majoring in Electric and Electronic Computer Engineering with CGPA 2.83.I got a valuable experienced and skills from my present and past job. I’m very committed to the job and eager to learn a new thing. My present job is handling IBM Malaysia IT ISD project at Maxis Communications Sdn Bhd. This is a big and a well known Telecommunication Company in Malaysia right now. My responsibility is to make sure all PC’s/Notebook using by Maxis client in a good condition and the user can work smoothly. It’s more to technical solver for software and hardware. I have to solve the cases under my name within SLA times given. I’m using IBM Maximo application to check the cases and using IBM Trivoli application to remote admin client PC’s. If I can’t remote the PC’s, I have to travel to client location and solve the cases at their places (Klang Valley Area Only).In my last job, I’m responsible to manage and administrate all ICT related aspect in the company such as Admin Mail Server, Account Server, HR Server, Portal Server, Domain Server and also WAN/LAN. My responsibility also assists admin manager to buy ICT part and communicate with a vendor. With my sense of leadership, I’m also got a responsible to handle several jobs as leader project and teach junior technician and practical student.My strengths are good attitude, hardworking, committed and highly motivated. I’m able to work under pressure and also friendly. I'm also a fast leaner and can work alone or teamwork. I am very confident with both my qualifications background as well as my working experienced before have provide me the knowledge and skills which will benefit your organization.
