I am looking for the position of an Operations Manager in a Service Industry. I have excellent knowledge and experience working in a Service Industries such as Retail Automation and Tech Outsourcing. My skills that has contributed to my career growth would be Management and Technical (IT related). My responsibilities in my current company is managing 3 separate departments, which are the Helpdesk Dept, Onsite Technician Dept and Logistics Dept. A total number of 17 Network Analyst, 32 Onsite Engineers and 3 Logistics Coordinator reports directly to me. Myself as an Operations Manager have a matrix reporting structure whereby I report directly to the CEO in KL office and to the Director of Operations in Canada. I speak 5 different languages such as English (Excellent), B.Malaysia(Excellent), Tamil(Mother Tongue), Telegu(Moderate), Punjabi(Weak), and Hindi(Learning Process).
