    Position : Branch Manager (Sri Mergong Alor Setar, Kedah)
    Reporting : Regional Manager

    Job Summary
    Responsible for managing the activities of the Branch which include sales, customer service, financial-transactions, office administration and preparation of reports to head office to achieve the objectives set for the Branch.

    Responsibilities:-
    Responsible for the sales operations of a branch, which may consist of one or several places within a specified geographic district.
    Coordinate, direct and control the work of the sales personnel and ensure the achievement of sales targets and objectives.
    Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.
    Review sales performance of all sales personnel on a quarterly basis and prepare marketing strategies and action plans to overcome any shortfalls in any given period.
    Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.
    Ensure proper and prompt feedback information to Service Manager as regards key problem areas – scope and quality of service, technical problems affecting sales, customer’s complaints, etc.
    Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
    Oversees the technical operations and ensure efficiency of service and repairs. Maintain close liaison with technical manager/supervisor with regards technical problems

    Requirements:-
    Diploma /Degree in any discipline
    Possess 3-5 years relevant working experience in related fields (e.g: office automation / networking)
    Possess own transport
    Working hour ; 8.30am – 5.30pm (Monday- Friday)
    Salary Range: (depending on qualification and working experience)
