    Independently manage the schedule, maintain and update production plan for a portfolio of process, products or projects with increased complexity and/or size applying approved tools and methods. Scope will typically covers network driven demand (NDD), Sales order and pre-investment requisition (PIR)demands, dashboards and manufacturing execution system (MES). Participate in plan / initiatives implementation, independently works through assigned scope and plays a key in broader scope / project. Expected to have the ability to discover issues and recommend solutions to business problems. Have the ability work and effectively teach what they know to other employees, ie. the ability to transfer knowledge to other employees and/or clients.

    •Provider of capacity consumption data for budget planning of machine shop, weld shop and assemble. Work with minimal supervision from manager to set objectives in assigned area. Must consistently use judgment and creativity to lead team to achieve operational objectives.
    •Must be able to coach others and communicate improved processes and procedures. Well-developed organization and planning skills are critical to success.
    •Enforce production planning time fence to provide stability on the production schedule.
    •Expected to be able to solve and make modifications as needed in order to complete goals within budgetary and functional and/or project scope constraints.
    •Prepare and deliver presentations to both internal and external customers.
    •Beginning to be recognized as having thorough knowledge of applicable theories, practices and accepted internal business processes and procedures.
    •Strong knowledge of the components of department or projects priorities related to the work performed.
    •Ability to identify compliance, regulatory and technical risks and an understanding of the impact on other projects

    Bachelor degree.
    5 years in similar capacity.
    In depth knowledge of planning methodology, process, scheduling tools, techniques and practices
    Conversant with IT software applications.
    Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
    Articulate and precise in communication.
    Strong analytical and problem solving skills
    Must be able to operate within diverse cultural environment.
    Candidate with SAP system and Primavera knowledge preferred.
