  • 1. To work with accounting software, spreadsheets,
    sales and purchase ledgers and journals
    2. To prepare statutory accounts
    3. To calculate, capture and check to make sure
    payments, amounts and records are correct
    4. To manage petty cash transactions
    5. To ensure timely and accurate payment of payroll
    that comply with the law and regulations
    6. To handle reconciliations of accounts, including bank
    Requirements :
     Minimum Diploma in accounting
     Fresh graduate up to 3 years experience in
    accounting jobs
     Excellent in spreadsheets
     Organized and detailed-oriented
     Able to be discreet, reliable and trustworthy
