  • Description

    Responsibilities :

    Responsible for preparation of full set accounts
    Handles daily accounting operations
    To ensure the accounts payable, bank reconciliation, journals and general functions are performed in an effective and efficient manner
    Timely preparation of monthly and yearly management reports, cash flow projections and budgets
    Assist in handling day-to-day admin matters
    Able to liaise with government department
    Any other ad hoc projects as and when required

    Requirements :

    Diploma in Accounting or Professional Qualification
    Minimum 2 - 4 years of audit and accounting experience
    Able to handle full set of accounts, and the preparation of forecasts & budgets
    Possesses good interpersonal & communication skills
    Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office applications and computerized accounting systems
    Able to work independently with a high degree of commitment to meet reporting deadlines
    Knowledge in applying government licenses will be an advantageous
    Willingness to take on added responsibilities as and when required
    Willingness to work irregular hours
