Requirement
Diploma in Accounts
SPM/STPM with similar working experience
Good communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Able to work independently and dateline driven
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.
Codes and keys in all creditors’ invoices and incoming credit notes to amend all errors and mistakes after checking by superior.
Keys in and checks debtors and creditors listing by ensuring total ASM ties to key-in and amend any mistakes.
Applies new AP Codes.
Retrieves invoices for payments once received the reconciliation.
Issues and keys receipts to amend all errors and mistakes after checking by superior.
Runs all RPT ASL after month end closing to be e-mailed for balance confirmation.
Prepares and arranges FCA payments.
Ties all Ocean Freight Creditors to Shipment summary.
Assists in preparing audit and tax schedules
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Superior.
