    Our Client, manufacturer, service & Supply of industrial & filtration products, is looking for dynamic individuals with drive and enthusiasm to take up a challenging career as:

    Position: Accounts & Admin Assistant
    Location: Taman Perindustrian USJ 1, Subang Jaya

    Responsibilities:-
    • Processing Sales Quotation, Supplier PO
    • To issue Invoice, Delivery Order and arrange delivery
    • Manage on Accounts Receivables (AR) and follow up on payment status
    • Assist in Petty Cash preparation and upkeep the record
    • Timely checking and processing of supplier payment and staff claims.
    • Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation
    • Prepare all bank related matters and ensure all documents are maintain in systematic filing
    • Prepare monthly Payroll Report
    • Able to efficiently attend all correspondences emails and phone calls
    • Provide operations and administrative support to the company



    Requirement:-
    • SPM and above
    • 1-2 years working experience
    • Proficient in MS Word & Excel
    • Experience in SQL system will be an added advantage

    >>>Working hour: 9.00am -6.00pm (Monday-Friday) 9.00am -1pm (Alt Sat)
    >>>Salary offer: depending on working experience and qualification
