  • Description

    Responsibilities :

    Maintain office co-ordination and link between departments
    Maintain and keep record of office documents
    Resolve administrative problems where arise
    Prepare office reports, analyse data and propose solutions where needed
    Undertake any other tasks/ duties as may be reasonably required
    Perform general administrative duties and provide support to management where required

    Requirement :

    Minimum with SPM certificate
    Good interpersonal and communication skills with various levels of management
    Can use Microsoft Office and computer literate
    Able to work independently or with minimum supervision
    Prior working experience not required, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
    Able to travel
