  • Description

  • Coordinate and prepare sales related documents such as quotations, sales orders, pricing, contracts and letters throughout the sales process.

    Administer the sales procedures in accordance with the Company's policy and procedures.

    Collate data for periodic sales reports and other required documentation within the agreed deadlines.

    Provide support in compiling documentation for tender submission in line with Company's policy.

    Manage inventory of promotional materials.

    Provide support in scheduling and coordinating sales and marketing meetings and events. Also preparing and managing relevant documentations.

    · Assist in all other administrative task as assigned

    Requirements:

    Applicants must be aware that this opportunity is under the Protege Program which will run for 8 months

    Degree in any discipline with a C.G.P.A of 3.0 and above

    · Possess good interpersonal skills

    · Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required

    · Ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently

    · Independent, hardworking, team player and willing to learn new things
