  • Company Overview

    The organisation is specialized in manufacturing high precision metal stamping parts for electrical and electronics industries. It is equipped with the latest high technology machines. In order to produce high quality products, all the staffs are trained to be highly skillful and competent.

    Responsibilities:

    • To assist in daily office administrative task which includes documentation, filling, correspondences & following up on pending matters

    • Weekly OT record, staff annual leave record, subcon working hour checking

    • To perform general clerical task & duties

    • Responsible for any assigned general administrative job

    • To carry any other duties, responsibilities and assignments wherever required, directed or instructed by Supervisor

    Requirements:

    • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level

    • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field

    • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, computer skill

    • Required Language: Bahasa Melaysia, English

    • Able to work independently

    • Willing to work in Bandar Sultan Sulaiman, Port Klang

    • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm; Saturday, 8.00am to 12.30pm
