Job Scopes:
• To purchase of general items from local suppliers.
• To provide support on Labor management.
• Prepare documents of general information and control of general paperwork, specifications etc.
• Create monthly processing spreadsheet.
• Prepare annual budget sheet for operational costs payment.
• Report progress of the duties mentioned to immediate superior or Directors of the Company.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Management or related.
• Minimum 2 years and above experience in administration works.
• Hold–on experience and knowledge in management and administration related.
• Time-oriented and task-oriented person.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
