    Familiar with English & Malay or Chinese

    1-2 years of administrative/office/customer service experience

    Education: Diploma / above

    Basic computer operation is required

    Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

    Working hours: Monday 8am – 12pm, 1:30pm – 5pm, Saturday 8am – 12pm

    JOB SCOPE / RESPONSIBILITIES :

    Plan customers' service appointment and coordinate with service team to create optimal schedule

    Ensure all data is input onto the in-house system accurately and efficiently

    Follow up with service team to ensure no service backlogs

    Analyse service team capacity data for service schedule improvement

    Compile service reports and invoice to customer upon request

    Salary : Benefits :

    Salary Range: RM 1,200 to RM 1,500

    EPF, SOCSO & EIS

    Medical & Annual Leave

    Working Hours : From 8 am to 5 pm (lunch break 1 hr 30m)

    Working Days : Monday to Friday, Saturday halfday

    Location: Kuching

  • Minumun level of education: Bachelor´s Degree
  • 2 years of experience
  • Language(s): Mandarin Chinese ,English ,Malay
  • Driver's license: Motorcycle ,Car
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
