  • Description

  • Job scopes:

    • To administer, register, control, update and in any other way as deemed necessary deal with incoming and outgoing mail, facsimile, documents and other paperwork;

    • Maintain records and proper filing of all Purchasing and Admin documents;

    • Prepare Invoice, DO and PO;

    • To prepare for the Company’s finalization and confirmation of, letters, facsimile, internal and external memorandums, electronic mail and all other correspondences as directed by the Company;

    • To prepare correspondences, reports and tender documents for relevant project from time to time;

    • To maintain an up to date list of contact details of all directors, managers, personnel, professional contractors, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, financial institutions, government bodies, other relevant bodies and all such other parties as are incidental to the operations of the Company;

    • To make appointments and prepare all necessary arrangements pertaining to the same;

    • Compile all material requisitions, PO, delivery orders and invoices;

    • Any other task or job function which the company may assign from time to time;

    • To perform any other tasks as requested by the superiors and management and to generally perform all administrative work.
